Stores I Love, But Never Shop At

One thing that is different about this post is the fact there are no photos of me! Why... because this is a list of places I never shop at! Whether it be to cost or unavailability in Canada, there  were are a lot of stores I simply never go in to. While many of these stores are located in England, as I spent my majority of my time there, I wanted to make a list of cool places I found while traveling through Europe that left me inspired and wanting everything every time I went in!

CLOTHES (no particular order):

1) &other stories (visited in England)
Yellow Dimanche Matin Sweater

This was such a cool store, that definitely  gave me Anthropologie vibes. I loved how simple the clothes are and even the colour scheme of the store.

2) Primark (visited in England, Scotland, France and Spain)
Primark Stripped Cropped Top
Primark is definitely a store you have heard of even if you have never been to Europe. From my first shopping trip at age 7, this is one place I consistently go back to whenever I am in England and always find a zillion things I love. Plus, the prices are amazing that I don't have to worry about shoppers guilt. 😉
p.s. I may have gone to 6 different locations in such of the perfect pair of mom jeans in my size (they were only 13 pounds!!!)

3) Pull & Bear (visited in England and Spain)
Seashell Bag
This is yet another store I love. I constantly kept finding more things I loved each time I went back. All the clothing is good quality and I loved that even in England co-workers were speaking Spanish to one another.

4) Arizona Vintage (visited in Spain)
VANCOUVER VEGAN NAVAJO BOMBER
This was another clothing store that both my sister and I fell in love with. Unlike most other stores it sold a mix of vintage and non-vintage clothes which I thought was pretty cool as I know vintage and thrift-ed clothes is not everyone's preference.

5) Kauf Dich Glückich (visited in Amsterdam)
Grey Pants
This was yet another store that I loved! All the clothes were good quality and unique. Plus, Tara found a pair of Nike sneakers that she loves... but we haven't been able to find them since!

MISCELLANEOUS

1) Flying Tiger
Flying Tiger Website
Every time we spotted a Flying Tiger, we went in. This store is basically the nik-nak version of IKEA. They sell a lot of cool gadgets and other little things and I thoroughly enjoyed walking though the store and seeing all the new items they had each time.

2) Cath Kidston
Cath Kidston Backpack
This is another British Store I loved, but I definitely don't think it is for everyone. It sold lots of  bags and wallets all with cute designs! I know I could easily find a good Mothers Day gift or birthday gift for my sister here!

RESTAURANTS (England only)

1)Pret A Manger
This a restauratnt with a wide variety of foods which, as the name implies, are ready to eat. There is everything from smoothies to salads and pastries. I would say it is a healthier option than other take away places and provides a cozy space to enjoy your meal too. If you go, have the Bang Bang Chicken Salad, I had it 4 times, it was so good.
2) Leons
This wan another restaurant with a ton of healthy options. If you go there for breakfast I would definitely try the halloumi and avocado sandwich and my favourite dinner option was the chicken aioli box.
3) The New Club
This is a restaurant that we visited in Brighton, as it was super close to our hotel. Luckily, we were not disappointed! Even though it was slightly pricey, the food was amazing! I could easily see myself eating at this restaurant again next time I visit the city.
4)Pizza Express
This was  another one of my favourite restaurants. The pizza was so good especially since we don't really have any specialty pizza restaurant chains like this one in Canada. Plus, I tried dough balls for the first time... delicious!
