Top Ten TV Shows

While I love getting out and about, I also love to unwind with a good TV show, especially at the end of the night. Plus, now that I have some time off before I start summer school, I can catch up on all my favourite ones!

Here are my 10 favourite ones (in no particular order):

1. Gran Hotel

This is a Spanish drama that is the perfect mix between Downton Abbey and a murder mystery. Even though the audio isn't in English, the subtitles allow you to understand what's going on perfectly! Plus, I can put Spanish subtitles on and I find that its really helping me improve my skills!

2. Gilmore Girls

Next is Gilmore Girls, I loved it so much that my sister and I even finished all 7 seasons during summer vacation a few years ago! It is definitely a show that can make you feel better when you're sad and the Revival was everything I hoped it was. Forever wishing they'll make another one!!

3. This Is Us

This is another one of my favourites. I feel like you get attached to each character in different ways, and being a twin myself, I can relate so much to Kevin and Kate's relationship. I've only seen season 1 so I have been dieing for season 2 to come on Netflix.

4. Hustle

Hustle is a British TV about a group of con artists who con people who have done harm to others. This is seriously one of the best shows I have ever seen, you honestly can't guess how they pull off each con until the very end and it has a good amount of humour and suspense in it as well.

5. Quantico

Unfortunately, this show is going to get cancelled soon, but I really enjoyed it. It definitely left me on the edge of my seat and its no wonder that I finished each season in about two weeks, haha!

6. New Girl

I love New Girl! I l think its a really funny show and through the fact that so many people can relate to Jess, the main character, you are really able to embrace your own weirdness and quirkiness.

7. Brooklyn Nine-Nine

NINE-NINE! This is so good that it is no wonder that it got picked up for a sixth season after numerous people complained when Fox cancelled it. So excited for the final season!

8. Kim's Convenience:

This is another comedy that is really good! It is a Canadian show filmed in Toronto, so its cool to see where they filmed everything and how many places I can recognise. I love all the characters and it's definitely made me want to get a job at a convenience store haha!

9. The Mindy Project

This is another TV show I really enjoyed. I really liked the main character Mindy, and despite being a doctor didn't always have everything together. Plus, I love a good love story!

10. Broadchurch

This is another British TV show and it is one of the best crime shows I have ever seen! The first season was so spooky and compelling, and I really liked the setting of the show too, I think it was filmed in Coenwall!
