What I got for my Birthday 2017

I am that person that never knows what they want for their birthday, but this year it was different. I kept my list short and came up with things I wanted and could also use for many years! I love all my gifts and cant wait to use all of them! 💞

1. Zara Sneakers

I have been wanting to get a pair of flat sneakers for a while now. My sister has the Superstars from Adidas and I love that she is able to wear her shoes with so many outfits. I was planning on getting a pair from Adidas too, but when I saw these at Zara I fell in love. I love both the thread work and the design of the shoe!

2. Fjallraven Kanken Backpack

Taking inspiration from my sister yet again, I decided to get this backpack. Tara got hers two years ago and has used it almost daily ever since. I never thought I would get one as they are too "mainstream" but I ended up taking the plunge. I contemplated for what must have been over 30 mins deciding which colour I should get and ended up really liking this navy! There was a black one with striped straps and a deep pink one but I chose the navy because I already have a black backpack and I wasn't sure if the pink would go with all my outfits.

3. Green Zara Sweater (spot a trend?)

My last gift is also from Zara and is a lovely over sized forest green sweater. It is literally the comfiest sweater I have ever worn and the lining is all fleece so its definitely going to keep me warm in the winter.
PS. The struggle was real!I not only took these photos in the snow on a very sunny day, but only had a self timer! So excuse the squinting eyes and the fact you can't see the whole sweater!😜
